What a relief to some extent.



Only moderate exercise, and relaxation, some people like to think that we have to exercise a lot. I do not do fat. On health. No single muscle. That is a misconception. On the other hand, if we do not stay. Only heavy exercise. Every day our bodies are stressed. There is not enough energy to build muscle. The hormone is not enough time to build. Pol Pot was put into my body. I do not need repair, so too should exercise 3-5 times / week is sufficient.
